A neighbor phoned Hope For Pets when she discovered the abandoned puppy there. She dared not approach since she was afraid of dogs. The puppy has been abandoned there since early morning.
Rescue squad interviewed many of people living nearby but no one knows anything about her. She was presumably abandoned by a stranger, Who chained her to the stone. Because they were afraid that would chase after them and return to their house again.
The puppy is fully healthy, but her body is really stinky and she needs to be cleaned up.
After they uploaded images of the abandoned puppy With the phrase ” Unlucky Puppy – Help Me! ” on social media to get information about her ownef, hundreds of people voiced indignation outraged!
Dogs are always a close companion of man, they are constantly beside and defend us, Sharing with us all the pleasures and sorrows every day. So there’s no need to label them Unlucky Dog and leave them alone!
